Some Entrepreneurial Lessons That You May Learn and Apply From a Real Experience [Good Idea Series]

In this writing, we want to share something very useful and super cool to you about doing or starting your own venture (as known as: entrepreneurship). We believe that it will be very useful for you now and in the future.

This ideas are inspired from this author and his best-selling book:

Eric Ries and his best-selling book "The Lean Startup"

Whether you are already or want to be an entrepreneur, perhaps it's highly recommended that you read this book. Since it gives you many insights and useful stories.

So, let us share you an idea that is inspired from the book and real experiences.
(Testimony: By the way, I have tried the idea myself and it's awesome. I believe it will be also useful for you too ^^)

An Idea inspired by the book and real experiences.
Many people called it "Agile Development Methodology".
It has been applied in IntuitIMVU and some USA Goverment's Project.

1. The first one is trying. Our priority here is speed. So at the first time we try, we don't need to have the most perfect product. Since we can achieve excellence and perfection through SPEED*. You shall go with SPEED in your entrepreneurial journey if this idea is applied.

2. After you tried, you can learn from your experience and your customers' feedback for example "Why people like that or this?", "How to make the product more useful and better?"
3. Improve your product accordingly.

Repeat the cycle (no.1,2,and 3) until you come in no.4

4. Your product succeed and customers love it.
5. Then, try again (maybe something new) and repeat the cycle.

*SPEED = Speed of trying and repeating this whole cycle

Remember:
  • It's about the synthesis between your vision and what customers would accept and love.
  • If this idea is applied in your entrepreneurial journey, you strive for excellence and perfection through SPEED.
  • You choose to "Try Fast, Succeed Fast".

Whatever your business is, you may apply this idea and sail on! hahaha^^

Cheers,

Hope it's useful for you.

Warm regards,

Albert.
